The BK Precision 4003A-230V Sweep Function Generator offers linear or log sweep with variable sweep rates and widths via the sweep function. This unit generates sinusoidal, triangular, ramp, square, and pulse waveforms. The type of function can be selected through the rotary switch. The MAIN output includes the provision of SYNC output signal (TTL level) when selected. This unit features a Kensington security slot to prevent theft or unauthorized removal. The frequency of the unit is settable from 0.5 hertz to 4 megahertz of the function via the range selector switch and frequency control knob. The frequency control knob allows for variable adjustments with a multiplication factor of 0.04 to 4.0 of the selected frequency range. The signal amplitude can be adjusted from 0.2 volts to 20 peak volts with no load conditions or 0.1 volts to 10 peak volts with a 50 ohms load termination. The BK Precision 4003A-230V Sweep Function Generator offers a 20 megahertz digital counter. This counter is auto-ranging, 5-digit, and includes a resolution of 0.01 hertz. Both internal and external functions can be performed by the counter. The BK Precision 4003A-230V Sweep Function Generator also offers the ability to control the frequency of a function via an external voltage signal. With an AC input signal, FM output can be generated.
